Register for a Practice Group
NOVA Pole Vault Club is making some changes for the Fall to their registration process.
From August 1 - August 15 priority registration is given to athletes who register for a full program (e.g. the entire Intermediate Practices Group on Sunday from 11-12). There will be a discount applied to anyone who registers for a full program. For example, if you register for a full program on Sunday morning (11 dates), the cost is $600 which is a savings of $60 if you dropped into every Sunday session @ $60 a session. Similarly, if you register for a full program on Friday evening (9 dates), the cost is $480 which is a savings of $60 off the 9 sessions if you dropped in @ $60 a session.
Registration for individual drop in sessions will begin on Aug 15. There are no multi session discounts for individual drop in sessions beginning Fall 2025. However, the sibling discount will be applied to individual drop in sessions..
Please follow the steps below to register (know your athlete's USATF number as it is needed to register):
- Select REGISTER for the practice group level you'd like to join.
- Log in or create an account if you haven’t already.
- You’ll see a list of available programs and drop in dates. Select the athlete you’re registering, then choose the program or drop in dates you'd like to attend.
- Select OK
- Continue to checkout to confirm your spot.
Multi-Athlete (sibling) Discount:
- First athlete pays full price
- Each additional athlete in the family in the same season gets 25% off a similar full program (e.g. one sibling is registered for Sunday beginner program and second sibling is registered for the same or a different full program - say the intermediate Sunday program. Additionally, if a sibling registers for a drop in session on a particular day, the second sibling gets the discount if registering for the same drop in date.)
Please note that if our system detects more than 30 minutes of inactivity in your browser, your registration spots will no longer be reserved and you will need to begin again.
